Evernote - Notes Organizer App Reviews

I dont really care for the limits of free accounts as an annual pro subscription is about $25 in Poland. So everyone who can afford an iPhone or iPad should have no problem with spending a handful of dollars on a subscription. But what gets me is the horrible user interface on the iPad. You cant find stuff easily. Selecting notebooks for offline access takes literally one click for each notebook you want to download. The editor is quirky. The whole app feels like a bad website. Please improve the iPad app!

I am not able select any packet above basic and upgrade to a paid version... Guys please fix it quickly.

With 2 devices sync limit for my needs there are much better alternatives.

App became much more buggy after recent design updates and the new update did not solve the problems that appear after first one. Its still almost impossible to edit long notes after apply "make plain text". Or it just crushes when I try to paste some text (not very long). Before there were no such problems. Evernote becomes worse.

Crash every time I want to create note

How many weeks would it take you to fix all these new bags?! Ive been premium user for years and have thousands of different notes, but now I simply cant manage them with my iPad Air because after new iOS your app just stopped working properly! And the new October update failed to solve the problem. Could you just make your ... work?!

You totally lost me. And with me mostly of your users. If you want to make cash its not the right way. Goodbye Evernote.

The app is always a very good tool, especially having the business version. But recently I have had problem in saving documents like pdf or even safari pages in Evernote. When I press "open in..." and choose Evernote, a window with "name of the file" and "notebook" opens, but then when I save, nothing happen and no file transferred. Hope next version wont have such problem.

As a former happy user of the Palm OS software, I was very frustrated with Mac OS X. Mac had nothing comparable to the Memo functions on the Palm - efficient (including alphabetic) sorting of memos, categories with subcategories, etc. Then a friend suggested I try Evernote. Now I not only get the above Palm functions, I also get checkboxes for my grocery and to-do lists. I am organized and can find my notes/memos/whatever you call them. Im a happy Evernote user. It works for me. Update, 10/12/2016: Over the years Evernote has continued to improve its software and I continue to be very happy it.

I use this app more than any other. I dont how I did without it!! I use it almost every day, all throughout the day. It has really organized and simplified my thoughts!

Excellent App. Together with Evernote Premium it is a Must Have for Business. I have tried numerous todo and organizational apps and have found Evernote to be far superior to any other competing product...

This app was fabulous until it stopped working several updates ago. Now it only crashes upon login and is absolutely WORTHLESS to me. Thanks for ruining a good thing.

Holy 40% price increase Prioritizes ads over access to your notes. One blatant lie on their website: "We maximized the screen space dedicated to your text and notes.." False false false. Home screen used to be just your notes, not this green disaster. If you pay, youll still be hard pressed to find the settings to turn off the junk

Evernote is my all-time favorite app that I couldnt imagine my day without. It helps me keep track of everything important, collaborate with colleagues, and accomplish important tasks. Whats best is that they keep making it better! A great and affordable productivity tool thats hard to beat!

This is an app which I use many times a day, every day. I appreciate the cross-platform feature that makes the information available from my desktop to my tablet to all my I-devices. It just works!

Honestly, theres plenty of organization-focused apps on the market, but none that work as seamlessly and consistently as Evernote. I no longer have dozens of notebooks and multiple documents on several devices; with Evernote, its all woven together. This app is absolutely essential for students, business professionals, and anyone who wants to streamline their energies and productivity.

The whole idea is great, but voice memo doesnt work, pls fix.

Since switched to "2 free devices" this previously seamless app became dysfunctional. One one device it took a long list and made it a continuous run-on mess. The other device kept it a list but it closes for no reason, switches to other pages unprompted and typing new items doesnt work. The free version offers no support or contact so Im stuck. Ill stop using it as soon as possible. Total frustration.

Im an engineering student and use this for everything from chemistry to religious studies. Been using it for about 4 years now and has never let me down
